NIBBLES – RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY
1. Overview
At Nibbles, we prioritize your baby’s safety and hygiene above everything else.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, our return and replacement policy is designed to maintain the highest hygiene standards while ensuring fairness in genuine cases.
2. Hygiene & Return Eligibility
All Nibbles products are hygiene-sensitive baby care items
Used products are strictly non-returnable and non-replaceable
Opened products are only eligible for replacement if they have a manufacturing defect
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet hygiene standards.
3. Replacement Window
Replacement requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery
Requests after this period will not be accepted
4. Eligible Reasons for Replacement
We only provide replacement (no refunds) under the following conditions:
Manufacturing defect
Damaged product (during transit)
Wrong item delivered
Missing components
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Preference issues
Opened but non-defective products
5. Proof Requirement (Mandatory)
To process your request:
Unboxing video is mandatory for damage/missing item claims
Clear video/photo proof via email is required for all cases
For manufacturing defects, unboxing video is not mandatory but proof is required
Failure to provide valid proof may result in rejection.
6. Replacement Process
Once approved, we will initiate a replacement shipment
No refunds will be issued — only replacement is provided
7. Return Shipping
If the issue is from our side (defect/damage/wrong item),
Nibbles will bear the return shipping cost.
8. Refund Policy
No refunds are offered
Only replacements are provided under valid conditions
9. Cancellation Policy
Before shipping: Full refund
After shipping: No Cancellation
10. Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds (if applicable for cancellations) are processed within 7 business days
Amount is credited to the original payment method
COD orders are refunded via UPI transfer
11. How to Request a Replacement
Email us at: businessnibbles@gmail.com with Order ID, Issue description, Photo/video proof.
12. Important Notes
Claims without proper proof will not be processed
Products must be in original condition (unused)
Nibbles reserves the right to approve or reject requests after verification
